Our Origin
A problem seen on two fronts.
Shelly didn't set out to build an AI company. She set out to fix something she couldn't stop seeing — in classrooms and boardrooms alike.
Shelly spent years as a K–12 classroom teacher watching something that quietly troubled her — not just in schools, but in businesses too. Two very different worlds were making the exact same avoidable mistakes with AI.
Businesses were rushing in blind. They were adopting AI tools without strategy, spending money on solutions that didn't fit, and walking away frustrated when the results never came. No roadmap. No guidance. Just hype and disappointment.
